“ The food was amazing! The Pho and the pork belly were all delicious! My only issue is the staff seems to be running on chaos. You can definitely get the vibe there are only 1 or 2 people who know how to work a restaurant and the rest are family hires. The food was good enough to deal with the long waits for service, refills, and check. The seating is also a little crowded with narrow chairs that were not too comfy after a while. All in all a great food location of you are not in a hurry. ”
“ Went here for lunch because friends recommended it. I got the Mama T’s Spicy Tofu, Egg, & Cheese Fried Rice. It was very tasty. My only critique is that the dish was not that spicy, and I’m usually not a person who handles spice well. The restaurant was very cute and vibey. The service was great and the food came out quick. I also like that they had a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes. I would recommend trying this place out! ”
“ This place was recommended by a local on my flight into Louisville. She and my mom are both vegetarian and I’m always looking for places to take my mom that have multiple options. We shared the fresh summer rolls and both chose stir fried egg noodles, mine with chicken and my mom’s with tofu. The dish was full of all the veggies listed. This dish had a very, very mild spice level and I wasn’t asked for a heat level number. I requested sriracha but they were out, so the server brought chili flakes in oil and cautioned me to be careful. Bless her. I used the whole ramekin just to get a normal base amount of chili heat I’m used to at home (so cal). Lack of heat aside, it was an excellent stir fry. The iced tea with mango deserves a shout out. It’s got lots of fresh mango and was perfect with the food. The atmosphere is fine, so that’s really just a 1/4 point off for no drink coasters. I really really hate the drippy wet mess of an icy glass on a slick tabletop. A paper napkin or cardboard bar coaster is needed. ”
“ Another great meal at district 6. This was the first time having their baby back ribs. They were excellent! Loved the savory combination with the rice. ”
“ We ordered through grub hub and we’re not disappointed. We ordered the summer rolls and they were good, the D6 version of Pad Thai was really good but it was the red curry that really impressed me. A good, long heat - hard to beat! As a bonus we tried the street corn and while I prefer the Mexican variety - this one was tasty! ”
“ Food was tasty and delicious . The atmosphere was cozy and cute. Spring rolls were fresh and delicious. ”
“ Short rib pho was bomb. Pork belly buns were really good too. Friendly service and really delicious ”
“ One of my BFF'S and I are lovers of various ethnic cuisine. One of our favorites is Vietnamese. We had never tried District 6 and decided to try it today!! The food was superb!!! It was fresh, well priced, and the atmosphere was modern and cozy. We even got to meet the chef/owner. We WILL be back!!! ”
